Your life should be focused as a journey of improvement. Our method takes the five aspects and allows you to set your own path to improvement.
Each day you will be focused on bettering yourself, not to reach a destination, but to enjoy the journey.
Each task will be assigned a point value, the next milestone is
set as a 1% improvement. Once reached, the new milestone will be set at 1% higher. Every completed milestone counts and becomes the new baseline. every 20 milestones counts as a Level. Starting
at Level Zero you need 20 milestones to reach Level 1. Each Task will be set by you and entered with a starting value of where you are right now.
Examples of Strength Tasks include:
- 1 MILE RUN - 600 seconds - decending - Next Milestone: 594 seconds
Desc: A 1 mile run time of 10 min broken into seconds for a more realistic milestone of 9min 54 seconds.
- 3/6/9 in 20 min - 22 reps - ascending - Next Milestone: 23 reps
Desc: As many reps as possible of 3 pullups, 6 pushups, 9 squats in 20 min. Increase reps by 1 each milestone.
Examples of HEALTH Tasks include:
- Weight Loss - 200 lbs - descending - Next Milestone: 198lbs
Desc: Overall Weight loss of 1% of 200lbs or 2lbs for next milestone being 198lbs
- Daily Caloric Intake - 2200 calories - decending - Naxt Milestone: 2178 calories
Desc: slowly reduce caloric intake by 1% each day until ideal of 2000 calories is reached
Examples of WEALTH Tasks include:
- Savings - $1000 - ascending - Next Milestone: $1010
Desc: Increase savings by 1% or $10 for next milestone of $1010
- Yearly Income - $50,000 - ascending - Next Milestone: $50,500

You are the Hero of your own story. You will be the one to set the tasks, we just help you reach your milestones.
The Journey is about realizing where you are and setting your feet on a path of improvement. Each day you will be bettering yourself not to reach any goal but to become the person you
are capable of being. Our task are only focused on small improvements at first but as you grow those improvements will become larger and more impactful as the milestones compound. The more you advance, so do the milestones.
Do not be fooled into thinking this will be easy. You will be starting at level zero and the first 20 milestones will be the easiest to reach.
At level 1 you will have already completed 20 milestones in any aspect but now the real work begins. The weights will be getting heavier, the runs faster, the savings larger, and the income requirements
more difficult. Study times will require more time. Some might stretch over a few days or weeks. The key is to keep moving forward.

This simple example shows the power of exponential growth. The first 20 milestones will be the easiest to reach but as you grow the milestones
will become more difficult, but the next step will always just be an attainable 1% improvement over yesterday. Once a goal is reached,
simply end the goal, start a new one, and keep your rank progress...
If you have an emergency, or have to use your savings for example... no problem, just set your new baseline and the process picks up where you left off.
No lost progress, no lost time, just a new starting point.
